"Spoonful"
by Willie Dixon, covered rather heavy by Cream

"Walk Right In"
(Gus Cannon, Rooftop Singers did a hip folk-rock cover)

"Mystery Train"
(Paul Butterfield, but check out Danny Gatton's version, he can blow away any other guitarist on earth with this song)

"Crossroads Blues"
(Robert Johnson, and catch Cream's version!)

"Seventh Son"
Willie Dixon, but Johnny Rivers does a mean demi-pop version

"House Of The Rising Sun"
(Animals' verion is hot)

"Back Door Man"
(Willie Dixon, but check out The Doors' cover!)

Nuff? And blues ain't even much of this picker's fave genre....

Does "Crossroads" count as easy?

I was thinking of things like "Mannish Boy" and "You Really Shook Me", "From 4 Until Late"

Mannish Boy from Muddy Waters' Hard Again basically one riff/chord but hard to get the emotion that Muddy and Johnny Winters get from their guitars.
