Nevin1985, playing a rain song for you Bro. You are busy, you'll handle it, maybe if you have some off time in the future you can come down to Phoenix or the southwest somewhere for a few days and dry out. 8)

That looks like Houston.

We've had anywhere from 6-13 inches of rain here in the last few days. It's been raining constantly. It only tapered off a couple of hours ago. In fact, when I saw this thread I thought it was talking about here.

I feel for ya my brothers and sisters. Maybe all y'all can send some of that rain to Northeast Tn. We are 7" BEHIND in rainfall for this year and still about 40" BEHIND from 2 years ago. Had a series of drought years here.

Y'all could send some of that rain in the Cali direction if you want lol... I would love to have it here instead of this 103 degree weather

Chicago got hammered with about 7 inches in a week, but blessedly, it's been dry for 5 days.

Wouldn't it be loverly if we could all just receive what amount is most needed...?

2 or 3 months ago we got some serious rain... theres a little river that runs through slater park (a park near me) thats usually about 3 feet below the toop of the wall on the side... it was flooded onto the road and park, deep enough that ducks were swimming in it  .... there were A LOT of flooded basements (we were probably the only street that didnt get any flooding).... unfortunately, my grandmothers basement, which had all of my moms old records in it, turned into a lake :( ... theres nothing as painful as seeing a soggy, moldy copy highway to hell...
