I just found out Rush is playing near me in 2 months. It is called the Time Machine Tour. They are supposed to play the whole Moving Pictures album and a lot of older music. I am trying to get my CFO (wife) to sign off on another concert.

Absolutely! We have a group of guys doing an RV road trip to see them in DC in September. Been a while since I saw them last and I'm really looking forward to it.

Enjoy the show!

I saw the Signals tour back in the day. I hope they still do some songs from that for the fans, it's such a great album, especially "Digital Man" and "Subdivisions".

But No I won't be seeing them or anyone else...my concert days are long over. But back in the 80's and 90's..you name 'em and I probably saw them in concert. (Randy Rhoads with Ozzy twice and SRV five times :D ).
btw The Signals Tour concert still ranks as the top concert I've ever seen.

Yes, definitely going ... Other concerts for this year:

Ozzfest (Ozzy w/ Crue and Rob Halford) -- I know many have complained that this year's line up is too soft, but I am really pumped about the old-school line up.
Black Eyed Peas -- My wife and kids love this band, so what am I to do? Actually, the concert was very entertaining. WillIAm is cleary a brilliant guy.
Yes (without Jon Anderson) -- They played my area when I was on vacation. I would have went if I was here. I love this band and will see them every time I can.

Regarding Rush ... The whole "time machine" thing is a little silly, though, as they always pull heavily from that album playing at least 6 songs from the Moving Pictures album on their last four or so tours. What they should have done was instead play the entire "2112" album in its entirity ... that would have been cool. It does not matter, though, as they always play a lonnnng set and seeing them is just good for the soul ...
