Pulmonary Rehab has been going absolutely GREAT! I have been pushing it a little more every session. In today's session I pushed the envelope to the limit. I will stay at this level for a session or two.
I have been feeling excellent after the sessions.

I hope this continues. I need to get through this to go on to the next step.
