Wife and I went to a concert last Friday night, the 25th. Pat Benetar and REO Speedwagon w/Keaton Simons opening.

Helluva good show and I was surprised how good REO was live since I've never been able to warm up to any of their live albums. Also wasn't aware Pat and her guitarist have been playing together for 32 years... the last 29 of which they did as a husband and wife team. He is very good and aside from acoustic was strictly on a Telecaster.

So, here's a little slide show of the night... beautiful summer evening in the Green Mountains. One notable thing... right near the end you'll see a double necked Telecaster. I loved it! Pardon the quality of the photos... just used a little HP snapshot camera set at 3MegaPixel so don't expect much.

Pat's husband is an excellent player and I believe he wrote a lot of the songs. He played a B.C. Rich Mockingbird back in the day.

Nice pics. I saw Pat Benatar here at the Cain's a few times in the 80's and she was always a dynamo.Neil Giraldo is a tasty player............thanks for sharing.......... Mike
