Ever hear of a guitarist named Steve Belong?

He's from Liverpool, N.S. and can really play. Here's one of about 23 songs I found on YT :

I haven't heard of Steve Belong but there are some great blues players based in N.S. such as Roger Howse(originally from N.L.)who plays great acoustic Robert Johnson style blues and does mean Hendrix covers as well as electric blues ,Dutchy Mason and Matt Minglewood. There also some great blues guitarists in N.L. such as Scott Goudie, Denis Parker and Peter Narvaez. Then there are great blues guitarists all across Canada such as Tony D.,Phil Sayce and others whose names are on the tip of my tongue but I can't spit out.(edit)Dave Wilcox is another-great player but I can't stand his voice.BTW isn't Duke Robillard Canadian? For some reason I've always thought he was, maybe it's because his name sounds French Canadian.(edit)I forgot one of the most well known Canadian blues players -Colin James-he has played on Letterman and does real kick you in the guts blues.

Never heard of him Mike but the guy definitely deserves some serious lurking on his work.
There is this guy Matt Andersen that I've just recently discovered.

I think that he's from New Brunswink. :)

Matt Anderson is great Canadian guitarist! He's a sort of acoustic folk type singer but he's very well know for his blues style slide playing. He's a big guy but the best concert of his I've seen was just him an acoustic guitar and a stage. Such a powerful voice and such talent! It was the best show I've EVER seen, simple and amazing.

Check him out- Matt Anderson

Haven't heard of him.

How about Downchild Blues Band, Donnie Walsh.
