Man, I feel like I'm committing adultery by even looking at this guitar.

I just have a fascination for vintage/vintage-inspired guitars.

 Have to hide my guitar when looking at this. I feel so bad.

Don't be so tough on yourself LVA, there are plenty of people here who own a gibby or two, myself included  That's a good looking LP Studio, my next guitar is going to be the 72 Thinline Tele though :P Thanks for sharing this :D

I'm really considering the Goldtop one and putting a bigsby trem on it.

Nothing to feel bad about at all. Also I just found a good source of mini humbuckers that should fit right into them p90 holes.

Okay, have to look at a Fender now. I have a fondness for the 1972 line for some reason.

I've always thought I would get a Gibson or a Gibson knockoff for a first electric guitar. I've always like the look of them, but the Fender just called me and glad it did.

am I developing a case of GAS? (that just sounds so bad. )

Don't feel bad. I'm another of those who own a Gibson. But I also own 4 Strats. ;-)

I have my Les Paul copy that looks gorgeous hanging on the wall, but it's my Telecaster that gets played almost everytime.

Lady V, you might ought to check out the neck on the Gibson before you order. It could be a little big. If you keep getting GAS, try pulling your finger. :o
