I like them and have a set in one of my Strats.

It makes me wonder if Fender has a stamp, or plans to make one of Abby's initials, because nobody lives forever.

yeah she must be getting old now. i wonder if fender would discontinue the 69s... or maybe re-market them. or like ya say maybe make one of her initials and stamp it on every set..... she is a legend in fender history. she must be bored by now.... bet she just wants to chill and play bingo.

crazy to think she wound my pickups. thats what i love about fender.

I hope they don't make a stamp of her initials when the day comes and she is no longer doing it. I don't think that it would really be honoring her but rather trying to keep something going. She's got to be doing it "for the legend" now. The woman is an icon to us Fenderistas.

I can envision seeing Abby Masterwounds on eBay for $1000 in the future?

+1 Bro, you know it's gonna happen. Then stand by for the counterfiet AY Masterbuilt pickups. Another reason that the "stamp" is a bad idea.
