Be very careful.

There are people who are currently making veritably perfect serial numbered copies and selling them for huge bucks.

One of these folks showed a couple off recently and the fidelity to the one copied was breathtaking. These are literal craftsman-counterfieters doing some truly excellent guitar copies.
