It's exactly what I do at home. I run a vibrochamp xd at home. Hot in the daytime and quiet at night. Nothing beats having a speaker matched for a amp, at all, ever.

The good thing about modern amps and pa systems is that you dont need to gig 100watts or even 10 watts, if you've got a good pa and good monitoring.

You'll all see my new gig amp soon, and it wont need any attenuator. Thats all I'm saying for now.
