Anybody have one? And if so, are they any good?

Good is a relative term.

I helped a female friend choose a Baby Taylor at a guitar show a few years back. I played a few of them for a long time, and picked the best one... she loves it. It's light, easy to play, small and comfy. It's NOT loud, full-spectrum sound, but it's not a jumbo.

I kind of liked it, but I wouldn't use it as my primary acoustic. You might feel differently.

I wasn't thinking about using it as a primary acoustic, I just need a travel guitar.

And, hey man, I apologize for the rant the other day.

S'all good, friend. This is just an online forum. :)

As a travel guitar, it's a fun choice. Like I say, it was fun to play. I'd try to play a few of them first.

Cool beans... how much do they usually go for?

On a previous guitar-related forum I moderated, we had kind of an unspoken rule that every thread had to at least vaguely have something to do with the forum's subject matter -- in that kind of environment this thread would obviously be in violation. That said, I don't think we're at the point yet here wherein we should be doing things that discourage discussion. I dunno -- what do ya'll think?

Red alert! :-) That said, I don't think we're at the point yet here wherein we should be doing things that discourage discussion. I dunno -- what do ya'll think?

Blues Boy might get more feedback if this thread were moved to the area for acoustic guitar items. For instance, someone might then mention to Blues Boy that they bought a Little Martin for travel and camping use and really like it. That could happen.
