Very cool Riley! Keep it up. I admire you for playing the music you want to play and being confident enough in what you're doing to post it to the world!

I'll catch you on your world tour in a few years.

You might want to check your distortion settings. When you get to that part it all turns to static. You can hear notes but there's so much noise going on you can't pick anything out. There's a huge volume difference in the chord part and the notes in the distortion part.

You do have the Nirvana thing going pretty good, you just need to tweak your levels.

Good start, but I agree on filtering down the distortion a bit. Check out other SC artists that are playing Alternative Grunge :

I will be filtering down the distortion to 3/4's or possibly 2/3's tonight and turning the level waaay down when im recording, cause I dunno about you but I can hear a diffrence in the clean verses, wonder if to much volume's the problem :?
 i didnt think my music was that good  , thanks guys

Cool stuff Riley. 8)

another suggestion: you might want to try to edit out the beginnings of the songs where you arnt playing anything, so the music starts right away.

Nice job! You can track at any level, but do the post recording level changes if you're equipped to do that?

It's usually much easier to "add" overdrive/distortion than reduce after tracking/recording.

Keep running those charts! 8)

Riley, keep it up buddy. Dump some of the gain, it's a little over the top and bordering on white noise. It's more interesting to hear the notes you're playing than all the noise.

Yeah I've figured out the recording tone I want, I should be uploading the updated versions tonight, if not tomorrow night.
