NHS trusts' £150m dementia failure

Many NHS trusts cannot account for millions of pounds which was supposed to be spent on dementia, according to figures published.

Six out of 10 can provide no evidence of how £150 million worth of National Dementia Strategy funding was spent last year or how it will be spent this year.

A report from the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Dementia was first published in March and has been updated this week.
