What is the longest amount of time that you've stayed awake?

For me, I think about two days. After that, I slept for about twenty hours.

About 50 hours. But that was with the help of very strong psychedelics.

48+ hours driving a big rig.
On average, I am awake about 16-18 hours a day.

Me too, during an ice storm...I worked 224 hours in 2 weeks in 1994....I couldn't do it now,I'll just answer the phones.
It's scary how dangerous utility line work becomes when you're sleep deprived.

23 hours. Kind of anticlimactic, eh?

My record is about 48 hrs but that was many years ago with the help of some chemical compounds which shall remain nameless.

I had a bout of insomnia once when I was about 18 that lasted about 3 days. That was seriously rough and I finally slept for about 20 hours. Never really had that again but once in a while I'll lose a night's sleep. Not sure why but it never lasts for more than a night.

I would say about 48 hours. The last time I guess would have been on the USS George Washington doing some work for the Navy or at Wallops island working a launch because they can take time to prep.
Five years ago there were a lot of hours awake with the New Horizons getting ready at the lab an KSC. Plus sleeping on a C-17 is not easy.
