I have finally recovered almost fully from the bug that I picked up on day 5 of my holiday down south. It took a very potent antibiotic to knock down the bug and I still have a fair bit of congestion hanging on even though I'm fully cured.I was starting to suffer from Forum withdrawl as I was too ill to sit at the computer.Over the next few weeks I'll be very busy getting my garden in shape so my Forum time will still be limited(big garden means plenty of weeding and watering)today was really the first day where the weather has been warm and sunny enough to get out at the garden and I managed to plant 2 trees and a shrub. Now my guitar related stuff, despite the illness I have been picking at the guitar faithfully every day to try and keep the arthritis at bay.My rheumatologist has me on the highest dose of methotrexate permitted and if this doesn't do the trick I'll be going on the new biologic meds such as Embril or Humira which are supposed to be just about 90% effective in treating arthritis. In the meantime I've made an appointment for accupuncture with a Dr. who is fantastic at treating various physical maladies,so that should help for the time being.I hope that all my Forum friends have been keeping well and I'll try to go through the posts of the past few weeks to get up to date with what's going on.BTW I did see Ceri's final result with the Strat resurrection and I was blown away ,such a magnificent job.You are a true Renaissance man Ceri,an artiste of the highest order.
