:D i have a 89 usa strat a friend of mine gave me a new set of the fender staggered tuners last night at a band job.these will fit right on my 89 strat right ? if so can i take off both string trees ? thanks for the help and info .gj .ps just wanted some input on this before i take my old ones off .

I don't know if you can just swap them out, but you should only need one string tree.

I have a 2004 50th Anv. Strat w/ stagard tuners and it has 1 String tree.

Looking at the current American Standard on the Fender website, I would say, between the "B" and the "E."

I'm currently deployed to Iraq and don't have a Strat with me.
