Not a good year for gibson, first the FBI come and take all their rosewood away because they thought it was illegal and now the plants flooded. Whats next?

Maybe they will introduce a new guitar model that will be hated only to have to cancel and scrap it before it hits market?

I have no doubt that Gibson will be back to making one best guitar brands on the market before long.

Hi Mike,
I googled Gibson factory flood and that's the page I chose from the respones. I'm a New Yorker, not to far from ZZ Doc and Straycat.

Cheers,

What makes something overpriced? The type of construction used to make a set neck guitar is much more labor intensive then a bolt on.

You don't hear many people who buy Gibson's say they are overpriced.

oK I see the point you're trying to make and may/may not agree BUT...

I imagine if you thought it was overpriced you probably wouldn't buy it. So this is kind of a meaningless statement.
