i agree. focus more on WHAT your practicing, not always on how much time you have.

I'm new here and I hope this gets to the right person...sorry if it didn't.

Time management is always a tricky topic for a lot of people.

As someone said earlier, why don't you try getting up an hour
earlier each day. It will only take about 12 days before your
body actually gets used to it and accepts it as part of your normal
routine.

If you get up one hour earlier each day, that gives you 365 hours a
year extra to play with.

On a smaller scale though, see what your commitments are during
the day and see if there is something that you can do in that one
hour you have gotten up earlier for. I'm pretty sure most people won't
want to hear a guitar at 5.00am so spend the time doing something
else that has priority for that day.

That then frees up one hour during the day that you can spend on
jamming.....Yipppeeee.

If you can credit your priority jobs and do three one hour sessions
of job, you might have a one three hour session of jamming that
week.

Good luck and hope it helps.
Abe

Welcome to the Forum abrahamsimpson!

schmintan, time to practice is when ever you can, I'm thinking you'll be fine because you want to be, looking forward to hearing or seeing your band Bro.
