For your specific pedals, if they were mine, I would order them like this:

guitar
ge7 eq
compressor sistainer
heavey metal distortion
MT2
distortion
flanger
digital delay5
amp

You could switch the drive pedals around depending on which one you will use for lead/soloing. I'm not familiar with the heavy metal distortion pedal so I placed it earlier. I always place the better sounding pedal later in chain and use the soloing pedal for boosting input level of the better (main) drive pedal. The solo pedal will also subtley affect the tone output of the main drive pedal but it won't severely change the tone. If you want your solo tone to be a dramaticly different tone then place the solo pedal later. Rule of thumb: when daisy-chaining drive pedals the last one in the chain has the most affect on the overall tone.

You could also choose to run the EQ last if that's your preference.

I always like to run the pedals with the least tonal distortion first like EQ compression, etc. followed by filters like wah or rotary effects then the drive/gain pedals and lastly the delay or quasi-delay pedals like delay/flange/chorus.

I follow Keeley's recommended pedal order. I think it is similar to Boss's reommended pedal chain order as well.

http://www.robertkeeley.com/faq.php#Effect%20Order

Guitar ->Tuner, Wah, Compressor, Overdrive, EQ, Vibrato, Chorus, Tremolo, Volume Pedal, and Delay-> Amp.

If you have a loop pedal like the digitech jam man or the boss RC-2, it is best to put it at the very end of the chain or before the reverb if want the drum tracks to have reverb.

Thanks for the link.

That means I had it right. Or at least conventionally correct.
