It's the power plant on the cover and inside the jacket of "Animals", the Pink Floyd album.

Mike
The wedding was nice, but what was incredible was seeing my friends again. We've been in touch but haven't seen each other in 25-30 years. The conversation picked up exactly where we left off back then...that is true friendship.

Hi guys: I don't want to interfere with mclmk8d's thread by posting my own photos on it, so all I'll say is that the answer to the pig thing is to be found at the bottom of this page:

http://www.fender.com/community/forums/ ... 68&start=0

:D  :D

And to mclmk8d himself: tres cool. And whadayaknow, I think you got some decent weather for your visit too? Phew! :)

BTW: I live about two miles from that derelict power station. I know some of the spots in your other photos too! ...'Nother time, huh? 8)

Cheers man - C

Ceri, definitely. I'm even thinking about coming back this summer. I met this beautiful woman at the wedding; damn it she's so far away, and she's married, though unhappily. Sucks bigtime.

It's a date! (For a beer I mean; likely not with that woman, I presume...)

And now: I said before I wasn't going to post my own pics here on your thread - and now I'm going to do it anyway!

Just a few days ago I was crossing the next bridge down and looked across at the defunct Battersea Power Station (which is where that Pink Floyd cover was photographed) and thought the sunlight looked so pretty I just had to take a pic on the phone camera. Not high quality, but quite moody, do you think?
