Okay, I know by the serial number it is a 1995-1996 model, it was made in japan and it has 3 strat style controls here are the pics, I wasn't sure if it was a particular model or just a regular tele but I thought the three knobs was a little different although I have seen it before

It looks like a Telecaster thats been heavely modified.

I have to agree with Paris, I've never seen a stock Tele like that ever, even from Japan. The dead giveaways are the routing for the Strat Pickup in the neck position, which is an obvious home made mod, and the Strat knobs on the control plate. No Tele ever had three knobs there, just a volume and tone
