I had all my finals yesterday and Tuesday. I got the highest grade that my science teacher has ever seen on a final exam. I want to go to Guitar Center or some other shop to reward myself.

you take finals in junior high?

Keep in mind Arizona starts school in mid August... When I went to grade school in Maryland we started school (always) the Tuesday after Labor Day... And we ended in mid June...

To all of you still lucky enough to be in school congrats for finishing another year. Just enjoy these years while they last because in the job force there isn't a last day until you either retire or die. Have a safe and fun summer break.

super duper megalistic congrats on the grades. with that kind of commitment to work, you can do whatever it is in this life that you want to do. don't let high school distract you too much from that work ethic. trust me, work ethic is everything. don't ever lose what you already have.

It will happen when you start working full time and paying bills, Riley, comparing to that the proplems you used to have in school seem so innocent. Real life starts way after school. I am 26, single, living kind of carefree life and I still don't feel to stressed about life and the worse stuff is still coming. I get my wages pay rent and bills buy food and am barely on the green side money wise at the end of the month. Now if I had a kid or kids and mortage it would be a diffrent story.

Enjoy your school years, is not the most perfect practice, but it will prep you for what to come when you go out to the real world. Bigger problems, bigger stress but on the brightside more maturity and knowledge to handle it. 8)
