You know it. Why can't some of the kids with real talent get noticed?

because honesty, the real kids with talent won't make their managers the money they wan't. girls dont want to go all googly eyes over a boy that can play guitar amazing, they want to listen to a boy that sings pop and uses autotune.

So true... :?

actually its not... at this point the actual music has very little to do with a "musician" (and i use the term loosely) getting a hit... if 10-16 year old girls think hes cute and theyre confident that they meet by chance and live happily ever after, the "musician" get HUGE

Eh? I reckon all the teens these days just want "gossip and media". Seriously all the kids at my school talk about "whose going out with who" and they praise the media. To be honest I've only got one friend now and i dont see much that we have in common, he's turning to the media and gossip. But hey, my music will keep me company.

It seems like I live in gossip central. Pretty much my entire school consists of a bunch of snobby, gossipy rich Californians who only care about other's flaws and lives. It's almost impossible to have a real conversation with someone that doesn't lead to gossip.

EDIT: I apologize if this sounds rude, but it's very true.

i go to a private school (uuuugggghhh) so snobbery runs rampant... people literally will just out of nowhere start verbally assaulting someones flaws

Pretty much everyday in my French class, a rich, b****y girl will make fun of my flaws in my clothes, the way I act, etc. and brag aout her $200 pairs of jeans and her gigantic house in a rich neighbor hood. I never knew I person could make me so angry.

Wow, I have no drama at my school! Everybody is just so chill and relaxed.

You're lucky, I wish my school was like that too.

I really hate the kids that are so caught up in gossip that they rely on the ones that make an effort in class to give them answers, and then blame you for their failing test grades when you don't give them the answers.

well i rely on others for answers, but its because i sleep lol

ball smashing pants, he-shes with high pitched voices (as a result of said sterilizing pants) becoming mega stars, and a 6th grader named greyson who seems to be a bit gender confused getting recognition for a crap cover of an already bad song... the world has really gone to hell

^ my life.
i go to a private school (uuuugggghhh) so snobbery runs rampant... people literally will just out of nowhere start verbally assaulting someones flaws

Like lite ash, my schools the gossip central. I cant stand it, it drives me insane! i wish I went to home school

I really hate the kids that are so caught up in gossip that they rely on the ones that make an effort in class to give them answers, and then blame you for their failing test grades when you don't give them the answers.

I'm so caught up in my music, i dont do any work in school and go to my "team mate" for answers...Teachers call it copying, we call it teamwork! But I've really gotta start doing some work....

wish i was... i havnt been able to touch my guitar in a week because ive had so much work... havnt been able to do anything else either and honestly its making me quite depressed

Tell your parents the affect homework is having on you, I did and now I dont get it. It was making me so anxious and stressful.

I used to have about 6 hours of homework a night, and when y parents complained to the school, the teachers just gave me more homework. I would have to skip days of school because I was so stressed I couldn't sleep.

over the past few weeks ive had to do that like 10 times :?

It sucks doesn't it? :?

Woah, 6 hours of homework. The students at our school (well, in year 8 anyway), only get like, all up two hours a week. Someone really has to put an end to homework, we came home to relax and do the stuff we want, not get edumacated even more after 6 hours full on concentration edumacation.

in all honesty, it had me close to suicide at one point.... take the misery of having none of my time to myself and add in the mental instability caused by a consistent severe lack of sleep, and it IS NOT GOOD
