at my bosses lake property in east texas, i witnessed an eagle in flight over the lake. he then landed in a tall tree on the shore. our guide told us there were 2 eagles that hung out there.
the sight almost brought a tear to my eye.

I can't view this at work (where I am right now) I got to look at it when I get home.

But here is a webcam of a nest that a pair of White Tailed Eagles in Nortwest Iceland and take turn sitting on it. Sadly you have to buy access to it.

Enjoy if you buy access. 8)

is that a live cam of the leak?? that is greatly disturbing! to think... the greatest minds in the oil business, from all over the world, have been 'hard at work' to no avail on a small hole that is chugging hundreds of gallons of crude oil into the ocean.

before i seen this pic i imagined this giant earthquake-like gash in the sea floor bellowing tons of Jed Clampet's 'black gold', not this little thing..

i am simply in awe at this sight. i just cant describe how such a simple mishap could leave 11 dead and this tiny fracture to decimate the local population living on shore. no to mention to wildlife.

this is almost unbelievable.
