Well, I went by my local guitar store to drop off my resume today. I handed it to the owner (who I've known for about four years) and he looked over it for about two second and said, "Great, you're hired". I start my training in a few weeks and I officially start my job at the end of the summer. I'll be learning how to set up and repair guitars as well as helping customers. One of the things I'm most looking forward to is tuning all the guitars and basses. It sounds like something boring, but I look at it as an excuse to play them all.

The funny thing is (well, actually it's not too funny) my Dad has been out of work for nearly a year now and I found a job before he did. I didn't see that one coming a year ago.
