Who likes drawing on here? And what would you consider your style? I've just picked the pencil up again after a 5 year hiatus, and now I find its not cartoon anymore, whitch is good cause I always wanted to draw serious pictures.

My brother's an extremely talented visual artist. Me not so much. I can draw stick figures.

I like to draw. I don't get to do it so much these days. Here's a page from a book I illustrated about 15 years ago, dome with a felt-tip pen and some coloured pencils. The size it appears onscreen is close to the actual size of the work. There are cameo appearances from my Conde Hermanos flamenco guitar and mondo aged about 5:

I do trippy stuff mostly

I can draw eyes pretty well though but without everything else they look creepy and if I try to draw the rest of the face it looks creepier

I'm actually a very awful drawer, even my stick people don't look right. I do like to trace things though.

As a kid I drew on almost a daily basis until I was about 16. I have books filled with my sketches, mostly of sports figures. I rarely draw now and I miss it at times but there's only so many hours in the day for a working man and I'd rather use that to play guitar. :D

I teach Middle School ART, have a wide background of mediums I like. Wish there was more time in the day for me to spend on either of my passions. Someday, would like to get one of my kids' book ideas published. It is inspiring to see the "artist" emerge from my students, lots of ideas within, too often blocked by self-doubt.

Maybe you need an O at the end of your name but Jeffo and Mondo that is seriously pro work. Awesome! I am a stick figure guy myself.

Amatuer artist here as well.

Like most activities / disciplines, it is this belief, getting better is 95% perspiration and 5% nachul-borned talent.

We used to and still do draw one tiny stick figure just standing there and a whole army around him trying to kill him.

With only a few more years of practice, I am hopeful I can perfect the stick man.
