Although he first learned the violin before the guitar the guitar definitely suits him better. I am talking about my favourite Carlos Santana.

Really, check out some of Garcia's stuff on "American Beauty", "Wake of the Flood" or "From the Mars Hotel" by the Grateful Dead.
