Sorry, just feelin' down. Everything's going wrong lately. Wish Dad would get better. Sliced my hands and busted the right one and haven't been able to play in a week or so (didn't break it but it hurts and then when that gets over with, bam, sliced it). Big rut lately and just don't feel like playing which is unlike me.

Sorry, just feelin' down. :( Could use a pick me up. (decided to get a capo on sale. I have one, but it's made for my classical)

Later

I feel for you. It's a cliche, but things only stay down for a while.
Wish you and your family all the best.

Hopefully this will at least give you a bit of a smile:

I lost 6 months of my life due to the end of my marriage. While I'm still awaiting paperwork, I'm coming out of it. Best I can tell you is...don't fight the feelings. They're going to happen. Don't try to force yourself to do things that you just don't feel like doing....and don't make things worse by feeling bad about it. Let it flow. You'll come out of it. Take the brief good moments as they come and enjoy them.

Hey LadyVendettaAngel, don't be sorry, things do go wrong from time to time and it's nobody's fault. You did the right thing to talk about it, no need to keep it inside, in fact everybody knows that it is not healthy to keep stuff like that, let it out and go on with your life. Sorry to hear that your father is not well. I wish you and your family all the best and I'm sure that in no time you'll be able to scorch the fretboard again. :)

Wishing you all the best. Maybe you could cheer yourself up by working on your coffin.? The snaky f-holes would be nice. :) Or maybe composing a country song?

+1, you said it for me.

Lady V- What is wrong with your father, and what will it take to get him well?

And always remember, your struggles with the F major chord are only distant memories.....

Hi Lady V -

Hang in there girl...life seems to throw obstacles at us when least expected but in time you learn how to take it all in stride.
