Dogs!

Allie, age 10 female Springer Spaniel "mix" on the left and Jack, age 4 male Border Collie on the right.

Picture taken last November during the rifle season for deer... that's the reason for the red kerchief. My wife takes them into the forest outside town every day and lets them run. Allie requires a leash at all times but Jack can run free and is not a problem to keep an eye on. Allie is partially deaf and can't hear when called.

Dogs all the way. I was born into a house with a dog and have always had one. I have a Yellow Lab who turned traitor and is under my wife's spell.lol I always felt cats are out for themselves and are cold. A dog can look you in the eye and has a ton of personality.

We have two cats and two dogs. A Boxer (brindle) and a Brittany (orange & White) and I tell people Brittany's are not spaniels they are Pointers of the working class. The breed has won more gun dogs awards then any other. Our two cats a big old Tom and a little American short hair that weighs all of 7 lbs at most.
