Wow, call me cynical but unless I see the person autograph it or I know the person that got the autograph I automatically don't trust Ebay autographed item sales.

Ten bids (so far). $31,100.99. Reserve not met.

Holy shinola! Who are saps who invested in Strats and Les Pauls back in those days - when the return is so much better on vinyl for a pocket full of change?

I wonder what the reserve is?

Cheers - C

Incredible....as is the 'other auction' that this person has listed with already 25 bids for a sheet of paper with autographs!

SUUUUUH!!!!!

I'll give you a hunerd right now.

Howdy J, I graduated from Southeast in '77. Went to UNL that fall for a semester, then we moved to KC.

It was Franky Solich who told me that the funny lookin' odd feeling 'bubble' that popped up when I was on the bench was a hernia.

Born in Kansas and root for the Jayhawks during basketball season but I lived in Lincoln for 3 years, Omaha for 17 and bleed "GO BIG RED". I consider Omaha home and always will but Lincoln was my favorite. Still usually get to a game every couple years.

I've got a Johnny Rogers bobblehead and he signed it's arse. Have a 939 of 1000 Baden '94 championship football that Tommy's handler (that one psychologist the team had for years...he still there?) wouldn't let him sign. Got my pic taken with him though.

I remember listening to the Iowa State game on the radio (was at work)when Brook was playing (May he rest in Peace) with a partially collapsed lung while Tommy was out with the clot. Right after a play Pavelka (dork) started hollering "There's a man down on the field, there's a man down on the field. It's Berringer, Brook Berringer is down!" Had the whole state who weren't in front of a TV crapping themselves, when a few seconds later he goes "nope, it's a Cyclone".

I buy Direct TV's college and NFL football packages just for the Huskers and Chiefs (yeah, I know).

please pardon the derail, had to say howdy to a Brother and got all worked up.

It's Lennon's signature that makes that one so rare and valuable. Here's the one I bought for $200 before George Harrison died. It has his, Paul's and Ringo's autographs.

I totally believe that it is authentic and as you can see there is a 14 day money back guarantee. Though something like 70% of all autographed items on ebay turn out to be fakes.

There is nothing else to add except it is the Beatles who have been the soundtrack of my life and millions upon millions of others.

Russianracehorse I do not think I ever recall you mention you owned something so cool. What a piece to have on the wall=Awesome!

Thanks, straycat113. Glad you like it. :) Yeah, my Sgt Pepper was just out of the frame in the picture I posted a while back of my music room. On the opposite side of the Abbey Road picture is another framed Beatles album. It isn't autographed, but it's an original 1964 monophonic Meet the Beatles that my parents bought shortly before I was born. I also have a framed copy of my favorite Jethro Tull album, Heavy Horses, autographed by both Ian Anderson and Martin Barre. I'm not really into collectibles as such, but I really like the few I have. 8)
