maybe americans should start illegally entering Mexico, and then have a big protest concert featuring white american artists when they shut us out.

oh yea, and i also demand that all signs and food items have english translations attached. plus, since americans vacation often in the Yucatan, i think english should be the official language there, similar to what happened in Texas or New Mexico a year back for mexicans.

US Federal law already states that all Aliens in this Country MUST:
Register.
Submit to fingerprinting.
Carry their passport upon their person and present it to Authorities on demand.

Arizona is only passing a State law that mirrors existing Federal law. I don't see what all the ruckus is about. If the US would enforce it's existing laws, AZ wouldn't have to take action.

The police already, have the legal right to make contact with anyone and request to see proper identification (a State ID or Driver's License). Usually we don't, but we can if we want to.

If you cross the border illegally into North Korea, you get 12 years hard labor.

If you cross the border illegally into Afghanistan, you get shot.

If you cross the border illegally into the USA, you get a Job, Federal assistance to pay for food and housing, Healthcare, Tax Payer funded Education, and documents in your native language.

I can speak from first hand experience what it is like to be in South America as an immigrant and being hassled for my documents 2-3 weekly. I got deported from Venezuela once and it was after I had been there only 3 hours as a tourist. I also got hassled many times in Bogota, which ironically is in the country of Shakiras birth, imagine that. Bottom line, I have no issue with the law. A law is a law, la ley es la ley. If you are here legally, show your papers...just as I had to do routinely in Peru while living there on a tourist visa. Anyone care to think I wasn't racially profiled while in South America? But let me guess that is "different".

The Supreme Court has never explicitly ruled on whether children born in the United States to illegal immigrant parents are entitled to birthright citizenship per the 14th Amendment, although it has generally been assumed that they are. A birth certificate issued by a U.S. state or territorial government is evidence of citizenship, and is usually accepted as proof of citizenship.

No you speak our mother tongue and may actually want to build a life here, instead of sending money to your 'at home' family whilst simultaneously claiming benefits for them. Change that and you can breeze in. If you pretend to be Somalian you'll get a 16 bedroom mansion with surrounding buildings to house your inlaws and around £1500 a month from our wonderfully anti UK citizen dictatorship.

Ironic isn't our own President don't even have a Birth Certificate.

Article 2
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

This is not a Birth Certificate which is why this has never been put to rest. It contains no information at all.
Quote:
Whereas the long form is a copy of the actual birth certificate, a short form is a document that certifies the existence of such certificate, and is given a title such as "Certification of Birth", "Certification of Live Birth", or "Certificate of Birth Registration
End

Anybody can go and get the actual copy of there Birth Certificate (Long Form Birth Cert.) with all the information on it if they want. Hospital, Attendants name Ect. Ect.
If he would just do that this would be put to rest. For Gods sake he is the President!!!! The State of Hawaii can't make a copy of his Birth Certificate and this would never be at issue again!!!!
The final photo on your supposed evidence even says this is a copy or abstract. Its sure not the copy so its the abstract where is and actual copy. Again the one with all the information on it?

from the report:

"The document is a "certification of birth," also known as a short-form birth certificate. The long form is drawn up by the hospital and includes additional information such as birth weight and parents' hometowns. The short form is printed by the state and draws from a database with fewer details. The Hawaii Department of Health's birth record request form does not give the option to request a photocopy of your long-form birth certificate, but their short form has enough information to be acceptable to the State Department".

He is the President of the United States you don't think they would give him a copy of the actual Birth Certificate these people can do it.
