Does the foot pedal run on batteries? Cause if it does, they might be dead.

Welcome to the Forum.

Have you tried playing a different guitar with your cable and fx? Have you tried your guitar through a different amp?

Could possibly be a microphonic pickup.

It could be a number of things already mentioned aswell as the earth wire or any wire being loose in your guitar, the electrics cavity may not be shielded and in a result your getting feedback, it could be because you have single coils as apposed to humbuckers which are notorius for feedback when using gain or overdrive in comparison to humbuckers........
If it is just your guitar then you can buy a noise suppressor. Lots of musicians use them for live playing. Especially when using gain or overdrive.
Hope this helps a little.

How loud do you have your amp at when you're playing? You have to remember one thing. Those reissues are exact replicas of the guitars from the periods that they were made, meaning that back then, chances are they probably weren't shielded for pickup hum or feedback, etc. If you go to www.musiciansfriend.com , they have a pickguard sized sheet that is made by Fender that you can attach underneath your pickguard which should alleviate your problem. You can also go to www.stewmac.com and get some copper tape or paint for the inside cavities of your guitar.

Is what I thought at first but after rereading the OP it sounds more like a new problem that recently started using same gear and settings that he has been using.

I agree with Chet - if he loaned his amp to someone and that person didn't have any problems then should try his guitar in a different amp to isolate the guitar as the problem. Maybe a loose ground?
