When using the number system how do you determine if a note is either 2 flat or 1 sharp, 3 flat or 2 sharp and so on if these note are use in a song. I know that they're rarely used but was just wondering how you determine if a note is considered a flat or a sharp. Also I the 7 flat is considered 7D or 7 dominate isn't it?
