This is supposed to be the best the Raiders have done in the draft in many years. I ain't holding my breath.

remember how awesome a certain Q.B. was supposed to be?! :x

Hey twelvebar, This just in. That certain QB may be cut from the team as early as TONIGHT!
Did Al Davis die? 'Cus that's what I thought would have to happen before we got that kind of good news!
He must have slept thru the draft the raiders did not do to bad. Strange as that sounds.

I think the coaching staff put him in a coma for the draft. ;-)

Where to begin with the Steelers....

First off we got back Byron Leftwich to cover for Rapelessberger while he's suspended for 6 possibly more games for a draft pick.

Why we didn't trade for Jason Campbell i have no idea. Leftwich is THE slowest black man to ever play the game besides Jamarcus Russell.

We needed severe help in the CB position and O Line...so what did we do?

Draft 3 linebackers a Center 2 WR who are both under 6' tall and a 6 round CB..

i have no idea what went through the mind of that organization. We had the opportunity to get the best CB in the draft and best WR who is well over 6'

They just don't care about winning anymore they would just rather give Ben 5 second chances. He's a bum get rid of him.

Well we got some D Backs which we needed

I read that Ben had those two body guards with him at that bar because they were hire to watch over him because some dude pulled a gun on him because he was caught messing with the guys wife. How true I don't know.

It's good to see that the old Raider Nation is alive and well even here on the Fender forum. I also heard that Russell is about to get chopped. That alone will lift a dark cloud that's been hanging over that organization for the last 3 years.

With what they have to give him he will have made 39 million in the last 3 years. Hope he saved some or will he be another Ryan Leaf working the counter at a boat rental location.

He's lucky he only got probation and isn't in jail.

Yet again my Vikings didn't draft who we needed! We could have had Jimmy Clausen but nooo, we drafted a cornerback. Now we have to put our trust in Ol' Greybeard FAVRE! AAAAAGAIN! :?

Well Chet apparently they had a priest with some holy water and a shaman with a skull on a stick do a little dance, and a certain malevolent spirit has been exorcised from the dressing room!!!!
