This is a friend of mine from Southern Brazil and his name is Zozimo Rech. He has registered on this fine community, but wasn't able to post yet for some reason, so he's asked me to post it for comments on his sound.

He plays an American Fender Stratocaster with a scalloped neck. Would you please check out this clip of him and post comments to his YouTube
page.

Some of you might remember me talking about his band, Astronomusic, and how we've collaborated a bit.

He is a really nice guy with a wonderful wife, Adrianne, who also plays a Fender Strat.

As a Mike Oldfield fan I enjoyed that.

Am I the only one who can hear the similarities not just in the backing music but also the guitar tone?

Yeah CC, a bit like Mike Oldfield meets Focus, to my ears.
That was very cool playing with some nice sounds there, I enjoyed it too. 8)

Miami Mike

Thanks for the links. They are both very accomplished guitarists. Their style reminds me of an Malmsteen or Satriani-type style. I wish I was able to play as well as either of them. Post as many links as you can of people you think are worthy, I love your choice in artists.
