There's a new 5 DVD box set on the British Invasion called Reelin' In The Years it includes original footage of a great number of the acts that swept the world in the 60s.The set also includes indepth interviews with artists that were part of it all like Gerry Marsden(Gerry and the Pacemakers), Peter Noone(Herman's Hermits)and members of the Small Faces to name a few.I certainly will be picking up a copy.Also Andy Babiuk who wrote the excellent book The Beatles Gear has a book about the Stones gear in the works.If the book is the same format as the Beatles book it should cover the gear they used from the beginning to present.Apparently he has met with Keith several times to get the inside story.It should give an idea of even what gear was used on certain songs.

That book is something to look forward to. Especially since the Stones were together so much longer.

I've seen Peter Noone down in Laguna Beach 2 or 3 times, back when I body surfed Cresent Bay. He must live around those parts. It was long ago....
