Led Zepplin. I've never heard a more boring, inconsequential and irrelevant band. What kind of clown goes writing songs about bloody hobbits. The books and films were bad enough. All the riffs had been done before. It's no suprise they never released a single, they knew it wouldnt get anywhere.
I'd rather listen to Celine Dion.

First off anything with Bono & bland, cliche filled, so called rock songs bleating on about lost love , unless their name is Rosie :)

CC isn't the only one. One of my favorite songs of all time is "We Used To Know" from the Stand Up album. 8) If you get a chance, listen to This Was which was the first album, pre-Martin Barre.

Rap (spelled with a capital "C") is the only thing that will make me switch stations faster than teeny-bopper "bubble-gum" music.

Well I have not listened to the radio in years so I could not say. But to be honest if Stairway to Heaven came on I would definitely listen. It has been so long since I heard it and Wayne's World was almost 20 years ago, I think it would sound fresh. I still think it is a great song for any guitarist going from beginner to intermediate player to have under there belt.

I prefer Rolf Harris's version. Far more interesting and it doesnt go on and on and on until your sick of hearing it and just want it to end.

I think he's related to VinnyPop, maybe a uncle or something.

All joking aside I understand that some people do like em, I just cant see the attraction.

Yeah, I don't listen to much radio - not since monkeys figured out how to put tape players in cars, then CD players... not since the sound of the wind whistling past the window was more musical to me than the sound of top 40 radio...

But if I do hit the radio I'm lucky enough to live in a town with two Independent stations that play quality new and under-represented music - so I'm not going to be assaulted by Journey or some other overplayed irritant.

All hail Independent Radio. 8)

"Just take those old records off the shelf".........Pass me a gun I'm gonna shoot myself.

I do not listen to very much radio either as there are many good reasons not to: Bob Seger, U2, Celine Dion, Trooper, Bare Naked Ladies, Journey, Toto.....................................the list goes on and on. Frankly, It would be a much easier to list what does not make me turn the radio off.

There's alot of songs/artists I don't like that I'll just ignore when the radio's on.

Except Thorogood, that I will turn off, dial away from.

The only one that comes to mind is one they play during the Christmas season and it's about some guy running into an old girlfriend in a grocery store then going out and having a few drinks or something. I cringe everytime I hear it... luckily they only play it every 25 mins or so.

Don't stop believing.
I would be perfectly happy not to hear that song for at least 20 years.

  I AM a Tull uberfan! I love nearly everything by them. Even Songs From the Wood which the rest of my band can't stand. Great album!
