I have bought the Fender "Axis" metal sign and the "Tools of Rock" Stratocaster t-shirt.

I agree wholeheartedly with Gil about including Squier merchandise. My favorite guitar-themed shirt is the Squier Jazz Bass t-shirt I won at a John 5 guitar clinic last year (it says Squier on the sleeve):

I noticed a lot of stuff "out of stock". What's with that? More low end items like coffee cups or bumper stickers and the like would be nice. Packs of picks were only available only in medium and cost more than at the local music shop?

To be honest, I won't be purchasing anything from the online merchandise selection as it is right now.

Another vote for a UK/EU Fender store... and PayPal!

Also, how about cool leather jackets like the ones you give away to dealers/reps on special occassions!?

I have bought several shirts and miscellaneous items from the store in the past. The product was shipped promptly and always arrived in good condition. However I would adjust your MSRP... down. It would help your sales. :? As far as product variety goes I like the suggestions of the previous posters.

I find it odd that some of the previous posts have said that you don't ship to Canada. The last order I could have sworn that the UPS tag said it originated from Canada!? Maybe that was the Amazon order who knows?

Brad,

Can you take this store international...

The reason being, there are some cool stuff on the site. Not a lot of stuff makes it down here, and if I was to order something, it would take weeks via the distributer which kind of puts me off and going to the local surf shop instead.

What is on show here in NZ are standard T-shirts that are sitting on a rack for months on end that look dirty.

Im sure you could also open up to Ebay- that would make us potential international customers happy :)

Thanks,

B :)

The lack of any Squier Branded hats/shirts/etc - I love my Squier's and I would like to show some support for the brand. :P

Gil, who loves Fender 8)

I agree with Giljanus on these two points. That hat design is kinda cool, would be nice to see it available. And Squier stuff too, that would also be good to see. But in reference to this stuff, more colors please. I have tons of black shirts already. How about a blaze orange t with the classic spaghetti logo in black on the left breast/front and big on the back. Nothing like that on there now.

Maybe make the shirts more "customizable" in that you contract to someone to print them more "on demand" and minimize inventory. I for one would be willing to wait an extra 2 weeks to get some other colors if I could. And this "customizalbe" T thing could include getting shirts for other models, there are many more styles of Fenders than Strats/Teles/P and J basses that could be represented in the store.

AND, now someone must have run into this before. I'm short, 5'6", and I always buy XL t's because I like them a little roomier and I like them to stay tucked in. But all of my Fender brand shirts tend to be about 1" or more shorter than my other XL's, so they don't stay tucked in  Silly little thing but it's a pet peeve of mine.

How about a monthly contest for a giveaway, you become eligible by making a purchase of "X" amount during the month?

And Paypal would be nice too.

I personally would like a bigger variety of hats like the ball caps… and not the stretch caps, something with an adjustable seizer in the back; Velcro or otherwise.

Some head wrap style bandannas would be very cool too. Love those for live play to keep the sweat at bay, as well as some wrist bands

The store has foot switches already but I would like to be able to buy my amp tubes from the store as well…

Just my thought on it… Keep up the great work Brad…….I don’t know of another company that solicits feedback from its customers in an attempt to improve products, web-sights, and community forums….I LOVE THAT…..

Cheers
Bill

+1 on the hats.
But they should be made in bigger sizes.
I wear baseball type hats all the time, but the couple of Fender hats I bought seem very small.
Also...How about bringing back the "Vince Ray" t shirts. :P :P :P

I'd like to see a "Fender Forum's" Pickguard!

The accessory kits come back.

Also I'd like to be able to snail mail a check.

I know you can make the Forum pickguard happen Brad. It can be a blank with no holes. Drill your own.

Tele and Strat please.

Bring back the Black Fender Mersey Boots. Also the Forum Tees.

I'm surprised there aren't more stickers and decals available too.

Thanks for asking!

I got a Fender Forums shirt and also a couple of sets of the guitar/amp salt & pepper shakers. Those are great gifts for musicians (you can use them as a friend does or have them on your fireplace mantle as I do). I'd like to see more clever things like the S&P set as opposed to ash trays and drink ware.

Nothing wrong with ash trays or drink ware either. Maybe I just know more than the average number of ex-smokers or those adamantly against it and recovering alcoholics. But picks, Fender straps, S&P sets, maybe water tumblers and how about some decorative snack plates are terrific gifts for anyone.

PayPal has been mentioned a few times and not a bad idea these days.

Finally, bring back the amp covers! Most seem to be permanently "out of stock." Here in SoCal, it's very dusty and authentic Fender amp covers (as opposed to old sheets) would be nice. I know you can get after market covers for most Fenders ever made, but hey ... we want the Real Thing!
