We're currently shopping real estate in both St John's USVI and Tortola BVI. Although; here lately, Costa Rica has been looking good too.

Costa Rica is super. Had a lot of good experiences there, lots of good people and a nice lifestyle. Are you looking at staying only in mainly an American territory, if not I say check into the Dominican as well. Santo Domingo and Guyacanes is an amazing place. When I retire, I'll be camped up in Northern Peru or Colombia myself.

WORKING...

I don't want to aggravate the unemployed, but these 60 hour work weeks cut into my practice time...

Or biggest concern is staying south of the hurricane belt!

The big plus to St John's is that 80% of the island is national park, so developement will always be limited. Unfortunately so are gig opportunities.

Costa Rica has very reasonable real estate prices right now, but development is booming. Great gig potential and surfing. but crowding could be an issue in a decade or less.

Hmmmmmm. Well until about a year ago I had a one Slurpee a day habit that was invading my life but I've been eating healthy and working out for about 10 months now and I rarely find a craving for bad stuff anymore. I'm pretty square when it comes to everything else. I've never smoked, rarely drink and somehow tip toed through my teens and 20's drug free too. I guess I'd have to say that I always have some sort of time consuming hobby. When I was younger it was sports and until 2 years ago it was golf but now my life has been taken over by guitar. I don't know how people stroll through life with no interests but to each their own.

If surfing is something you are interested in, Northern Peru is the place to go. Playa Chicama, longest left in the world. I have a time share there and hope to be living there full time soon.

Knit-picking the tracks for our new EP.

Logging on to the fender.com forums. (1st thing when I wake, last thing before I sleep)

Taking up Domino's pizza on their 2 for Tuesday option.

Ahhh!!! Well perhaps you could have the wife and I down so we can scope the place out?
