In today's mail was a letter to me from Fender Consumer Relations thanking for my recent purchases and brand loyality. It's great that a company takes notice of it's customers and acknowledges and appreciates their business.I can't picture Gibson doing likewise.

That's cool, I didn't know they did that. :)

That is part of the allure for me with Fender. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Several times on ebay I have found fake Teles, noted it and sent the link to the Fender Legal department only to get a phone call or letter thanking me for caring about the brand's integrity! Fender are a class act and that is the reason I only play Fenders!

I think I shall take it upon myself to purchase many Fender products over the weekend to see what kind of letter I get. Please contact me by e mail to send money to help fund this worthy experiment. It is only because of my adoration for my fellow board members that I shall take on this hardship for you.

Congrats Guitslinger that is very cool of Fender. Congratulations to Fender themselves for adding such a great touch for someone who has been so loyal to their company.

I guess I have been lucky, I have had someone from Fender fed-x me overnight something he had in his desk that I needed and I didn't even ask. I have also received letters from other guitar companies as well. It is a sign of good public relations.

+1 on all of that. I've had a couple of very good interactions with the Fender company, and a lot of excellent support from Fender dealers both in Australia and in the States. Otherwise I wouldn't be here.

To me Fender is still lacking in customer service, bottom line is I play Fender because they are the best. But really get working on that CS care.

Must be something new. Fender hasn't acknowledged my existence since 1964. :?
