I went totally backwards in my musical journey. Motown, Ray Charles, hard bop jazz that type of action. Oddly enough my pops listens to new age hip hop and rap, he's in his 50's, I'm in my 20's. Funny how that works out

I went from rap, indie, electronica and post-hardcore to classic rock, blues, soul and jazz. I was always trying to get my Dad to like my music, and he finally did. Right before I decided I liked his better. He likes blues and stuff too, but I still think it's funny when I catch him listening to hip hop. He's in his 50's and I'm in my teens, but what he listens to is more along the lines of what my friends would.

Hi Go_Me have you tried CD Universe for the music you're looking for? They are based in the US and have a huge selection of music and ship to Canada for very reasonable prices,I've gotten many hard to get CDs and DVDs from them.

Hey, I just looked it up now because you mentioned it, that album costs $45 on CD Universe, but only $12 on another site I recently found.

$45 for Izzy and the Ju Ju Hounds?!?!?!?

It's £6.99 here in HMV.

Frankly, I don't think I like any bands newer than The Black Crowes (if you want to call them 'new'). I'm happily caught up in my late 60s, early 70s time warp as to me, this is where the bulk of all great, ORIGINAL guitarists were.

  Big coincidence that you mentioned them seeing as the main album of this thread is Izzy and the Ju Ju Hounds. After leaving GN'R just before he done this album Izzy was asked to join the Black Crowes, I wish to god he did. Instead Mark Ford from Burning Tree who guests on the album took the spot after Izzy refused.

GO_ME mate I found an extra copy I have hanging around. Proper Geffen bought copy, not a burn, I don't do that. Click on my profile and get whatever one of my e-mail addresses is in there and send me your address and I will get it to you bud. I know even Iz wouldn't want you payin mega prices for his album.

Cheers.

I have many copies of this album guys. Just can't divulge from where but lets just say it's a reliable source! So GO_ME and Martian if you want then its on the way. Just go 2 pages back for the album line-up, it's absolute gold and a GEM of an album!

No probs guys. Like I said, have a look at the line-up a few pages past. It's not for everyone but for me it's guitar heaven!

I'll get them to you within the week guys. Always up for a bit of Iz promo and when you throw Ronnie Wood et al into the mix it's, as Aerosmith would say, beyond beautiful!

Totally turned me on to him too. Pure class. Was letting the band watch this today as well. Brilliant stuff!

Cheers!
