Carne asada burrito, a couple of beers (either Saranac Pale Ale or Hollywood Blonde) and then on to some axe work.

Tonight I made about 1.5 lbs of shrimp.

Fried them up in a little light olive oil, hot sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, minced garlic and old bay.

Threw them on top of some angel hair with some fresh Italian Garlic Bread.

Tasted pretty damn good too!

Went to my sister in law's for BBQ ribs,Hash brown casserole and chuck wagon beans-it tastes better when someone else does the work even though she used my rib and rub recipe.

That sounds good Kong :D Tonight we stop and I got a Big Mac meal and a hamburger for each dog of course. Could not do any grilling in the yard because some freak wind come along and twisted the umbrella that I had left up. It goes thru a 6ft. glass top table into a base on the ground that weights about 30 lbs. the wind blew and twisted it so fast and hard the glass to table shattered into a Bazilian pieces. Now out an $800. table and a umbrella
