I have two 16 oz. NY stips marinating right now. Just got in to the good grilling weather here in Chicago so I'll be firing up the grill and knocking back some cold ones.

As a Texan, I could never condone using that much sauce. But I've always wanted to try that one myself. Let us know how it turns out! 8)

Is the season. While I was at the grill in the yard yesterday the two houses on one side of me were doing the same and seen one up the street with grill going on deck.

We barbecue the whole year regardless of whether its +20 C or -20 C. Unfortunatley its dinner from a box tonight. Stroganoff ala Hamburger Helper.

We ordered out from a local place called "The Salt Water Cowboy".

I had fish and chips and tartar sauce with a side of coleslaw and Mrs. BlackStrat had clam strips and tartar sauce and chips also with coleslaw.

Quite tasty indeed! We order there fairly often. 8)
