Tonight I cooked Sirloin steaks on the grill to medium along with B&B beans. On the stove top I did a boil in bag sweet corn, not bad tasting. Also made a salad with ham bits and bread cubes, hot radishes and the usual.
Also I am om my third 7 and 7

What's on the plate for others?

I wish I was that lucky!

Frozen fish, wedges and onion rings followed by a bottle (or 2) of Buckfast.

Hope you enjoyed it bud, sounds lovely!

Tonight I cooked Turkey wings with just salt, pepper onions and savoury. I gave up alcohol several years ago it just lost it's appeal to me but I still wouldn't turn down a bit of the herb.Oh yes I also had a potato salad and a 4 bean salad.

Steamed rice, zucchini and squash, and Green tea. I have been on a diet for the last 33 days. It has worked though. My blood pressure has dropped from 179/108 to 123/76 and my Cholesterol has dropped from 305 to 219! There has been a side effect I didn't really expect, my clothes no longer fit me. My bodyweight dropped from 189 to 163. I have not been this light since I was 25 (I am 51 now).

guitslinger:

It sure does. The best part is no more constant dizziness and headaches. My wife has been trying to get me on a rice/vegetable/fish diet for over 30 years (the way she grew up in the philippines). Who knew listening to your wife was a good thing?

Small tenderloin steak, small ear of corn and I had a little broccoli left, so I stir fried that. No 7 and 7, but a glass of a terrific 2007 Four Vines Zin to go with the steak. Yummm!
