Hey Everyone,

Been a acoustic player for years and just got my new tele! Woot Woot

I was wondering if you could give me your help quick. Long story short, I make supplements for Doctors and I wanted to make something designed especially for guitarists arthritis and stiff fingers. I am not going to sell any thing here or provide any links, I just wanted to get some feedback from real players on what name you think describes the action it fixes while also intriguing you at the same time. Thanks for your help...

I am sorry if I am doing something wrong. I didn't want to sell anything and was just looking for feedback. I have been have larger discussion on another guitar forum about this process and guitarist weighed in on names so I created a poll. I though it would be nice to have your opinion too. I would really value your opinion.

Brad: I am sorry if I did something wrong in the forums, please let me know.

I'd go with "Musicians Painkiller". This way, your 'elixir' doesn't limit itself to only guitar players and would also abstractly imply to others such as hobby builders, etc, it may benefit them too.

It really depends on who you plan on primarily marketing to...

Do you want to mainly appeal to population of musicians who may need it?

OR

Do you want to appeal to the larger population, therefore possibly larger profits, of people who suffer from arthritis and arthritis-like symptoms in general?

The names that involve riffs, frets, guitars, etc. will just appeal primarily to musicians...The other, more broad names appeal to an obviously broader marketplace share...

I would need (and I do!) a small sample before
suggesting a name for your product.

Currently I use "Aleve" and "Joint-ritis".

Maybe "Cream-a-Gellin" 8)

Well its a product that contains 2 packets of supplements that have everything needed to support and rebuild joints and lower the inflammation. Most dont know how destructive the over the counter pain drugs are for people, and they only mask the pain and not fix it.

On the over counter drugs the FDA just launched a data on how many people die from Aspirin and all the rest.. scary..

I am fighting the system:)

Can you tell me why is it that your products aren't destructive like
OTC meds...and what is your background...pharma, physician, etc???

Hey Brother,

Nsaids or OTC Drugs are extremely destructive to liver and GI? Why because they are Cox2 inhibitors(Block PGE2 or pro-inflamtory enzymes) very similar to Vioix, Drugs act like bullies in the body shutting off things, this is never a good idea....

Its not my supplements per say... If you have a clean supplement in general you are giving the body something that it needs to fix a certain issue. Let me ask you this...How many people have died from Vitamin C ,Ginger, vitamin and minerals etc. Not many..... Most diseases are because of a lack of nutrients

The reason why most people think supplements are branded "Snake Oil" or dont work, is because of cheap, contaminated products that are full of Starch.

As for myself:
I am a functional medicine consultant that educates health care professionals how to use nutrition. Thats why I am so pumped to make something for Musicians! Guitarists most important.
