Glad its going grand. Know what you mean about the job too. Last summer when I decided to take a 'normal' job (in order to be granted a credit card - in other words GAS) it was managing a marketing company who dealt primarily with charities and that consisted of training people to go door to door getting people to hand over their bank details to pledge monthly to that particular charity. As it was commission based I would only get paid a cut of what my guys did at the doors unless I went out and did them myself. 100 doors over 3 laps of the same houses in order to 'maximise' the area. I saw guys that I had trained lying to the elderly and vulnerable in order to get their signature. I have 2 grandmothers, felt awful.

Over 3 weeks I sacked all my crew and then told my boss he was a word that rhymes with runt and went back to the guitar thing. It pays to have morals Nick. They see you through!
