That would be my ideal guitar atm. Shame they dont make them. A HSS isnt good enough as the single won't give enough bite for lead guitar. Any ideas for alternatives? Preferably around £600 and not ibanez. I am also going to change the tuning a bit so something without a floyd rose would be good. Thats why a hh strat would be ideal. Nvm :(

A couple options for you...

You could buy a mim strat, a hb for the neck, and a pickguard with HH holes and modify one yourself.

Godin offers a HSH configured strat type guitar, I believe the model name is a freeway classic and it has a floating tremendous, although I am not sure how available these are in your part of the world.

No problem. I have been looking at one to make into a project where I can split the HB's with push/pull pots.

Godin makes awesome guitars.

A Charvel as stated would be an excellent pick without breaking the bank or you can check out some old Peavey Wolfgang Specials on ebay with a stop tail.

Charvels have Floyd Roses.
How about a PRS SE? A SE Custom 24 or a sig SE - Paul Allender, Orianthi, Mike Akerfeldt.

My 1985 Fender Contemporary Strat MIJ is a great guitar with HH pickups w/ TBX tone controls, System 1 tremelo, and that great Strat neck. It has the best of both worlds in one guitar.

well theres 2 reasons. 1 no offence but that strat looks ugly with humbucker pots and 2, first I would have to buy the guitar, then buy humbuckers and a scratchplate and then learn how to solder. In result it would cost more than my budget.
So all in all it would be cheaper and less hassle to buy one that is how I want it to be. Slash doesnt play strats live although he loves them as the single coils dont cut it live for him so he plays a les paul. I would preferably want a tele, but they dont have one to the spec I wanted, so my next choice was a strat. Still no luck, so thats why im looking for alternatives.

Look for a Fender Cyclone HH. Dual humbuckers and a strat trem.
