V-Picks are one of the other most widely talked about subjects here other than Strat Vs Tele, Maple Vs Rosewood...

Seriously though, much love on this forum for them. My personal fave is the Medium Pointed as I was a nearly 20 year long Tortex user prior to getting hooked on V-picks a few years ago...

Bought the sample pack. Some I liked, some I didn't. My tastes lean more toward the 1.0m pick. I went on a quest to find the perfect pick. Tried them in all different sizes and materials. I still have a preference for the Ultex and D'andrea.

I've been using them ever since forum member Chet told me about them. I think that they really make a difference in tone on a acoustic guitar. I use them about half the time on my electrics. Great picks and company for sure!! 8)

What's a pick? LOL

I generally don't use one--I just use my fingertips and do a lot of Jimmie Vaughan-style fingerpicking and/or faux banjo rolls (a la Lindsay Buckingham)...

...on the rare occasion that I do use a pick, however, I use either the 1.52mm Clayton teardrop shaped or the Dunlop Jazz III.

I'm a big fan of v-picks, love 'em, I've got a box full, all different shapes and sizes.
After 47 years I've found the pick that is right for me and I am trying to avoid sounding like a salesman.
These really work for me and thanks to Chet, for putting me on to them and of course the company, for providing me with them.
Yes v-picks, for the picker who knows what he's picken' and the plucker who knows where he's goin' It has to be.
V-picks 8)
