Several Tommy Castro songs. A friend of mine gave me a list of Tommy Castro songs to learn, so that we could play them together. Spent a couple of hours on that today.

got all the chords for Before You Accuse Me, now tackling the solo, which I know is a basic blues solo but damn it sounds nice.

I've been working with learning Knopfler's "Money for Nothing." Still not perfect, nowhere near it. But it is so FUN to play and it is such a SICK riff to behold...Good stuff! :D

Fun!
Also SRV's Mary had a Little Lamb

Love Ghost Riders! A simple song in itself but room to make it your own and take it as far as your playing will allow.

Been (re)learning Easter music for the past 6 weeks, now just having fun playing old music for a few weeks. Then will get the urge to learn something new. Likely something by Peter, Paul and Mary but haven't decided which. Heard a fingerpicked version of "When I Survey" this Easter season that made me want to learn it but will wait till closer to next Easter.

D/FW - The Vaughan Brothers

I've always wanted to learn it, and now I've finally gotten around to it. I have it figured out right up to SRV's solo. I'm sort of dreading it, because it sounds like it's going to hurt.
