a typical saturday night? keep in mind that this is after 27 years of marriage.

we are great hockey fans. during the season we watch 1 or 2 games. now that i have a dvr, we record games so i can watch "cops". the missus usually goes to bed around 11.

after that, i plug in the strat using my rp350 digitech, the headphones go on until i can't play anymore, usually around 2am.

during the game....molson and popcorn...just like at the game.

go wings :D

unfortunately not much.... my social life has hit a very rapid decline and im usually either on here and listening to music, playing guitar, or playing ps3 with my few remaining friends.... i did this to myself though.... i was sick of the bull that 13 year olds like to make up.... a good example being how everyone thinks they live in a god damn soap opera.... i much prefer few friends who are normal than a bunch who are so conceited they think everyone will bow before them

Tonight, sitting in my room watching tv, playing guitar and listening to some tunes. :D
Usually I'd be doing a lot of instant messaging, but everyone worth talking to is away on a school trip.

My parents say I'm very anti-social. I've only got 2 friends (nothing wrong with that), I'm never out, I'm either on here, listening to music, or playing guitar in my dark smelly room.

Probably gonna play for a while. Brought home my new Larrivee today :)
Then I'll sit back, turn off everything but the TV (for Earth Hour of course), have a few brew and watch the Habs and the Devils on Hockey Night In Canada. Sorry, but Earth Hour comes second to the Habs. I don't care how un-politically correct that might be.

Saturday night My son will most likely have a few friends over. I will hear the come sometime doing the night. He 20 now over the last four years we have had 2 different girls stay here with him the last one was 23 and lived here for 1 1/2 years and he got tired of it. He is a popular youngster. Note to parents out there keep you Daughters in late night I am tired of finding strange females in my kitchen 3 in the morning

Now My Saturday night has started with a bowl of Italian Ice and Ice cream mix. A friend is supposed to come on line and Ichat because he wants to show me something not sure when though. So hanging on the forum and Rhapsody jukebox playing, tv on sound down.

You're the same as me. I too get complaints regarding how I don't have enogh friends, never out, etc., etc. But who cares? I'm happy with my life, so that's all that matters.

Yeah exactly, if it makes you happy do it, and I do do what makes me happy. Your like, the same age as me right?

No big plans tonight, so like most other Sat nights when we don't have a gig, I'll watch a movie or play a game with the family, than after the rest of the crew has gone to bed I pick a guitar and play, than maybe read, and sleep in tomorrow because not playing in church either.

Love sleeping in.

Yeah, I've gotta few people who respect me and stuff in my group, but really I only talk about "stuff" with one friend.

On Saturday night I'm doing the same thing I do every other night which is either:

A. Playing a gig/jam. I just got home from a great gig, I was subbing for the lead guitarist in my Dad's band.

B. Practicing something on guitar.

I don't have very many friends, and I don't go out much for any other reason besides playing guitar. But that's cool with me because I'm doing what I love doing. :D Plus I'd rather have a few good friends than to be super popular and have a million friends who I can't keep up with unless I'm on the phone every other minute.

I usually listen to my iPod for about an hour or two before I actually go to sleep, after everyone else is in bed. Sometimes I read some of a music related magazine or book too.
